Build the product alongside the founder, from the first architecture decisions to features used by biopharma partners. By AI-native we mean someone who builds with LLMs as a core part of the product and uses AI tools to move quickly without cutting corners on quality. Character, values and drive matter as much as skills.

The work

Shipping production code from day one, front end through back end
Turning unstructured policy documents and clinical evidence into structured, sourced findings
System architecture, data pipelines and integrations
Owning problems end to end: talking with customers, shaping the roadmap, making product and UX calls

What we look for

2+ years of full-stack experience, or equivalent ability shown through shipped projects. Exceptional recent graduates welcome.
Hands-on work with LLMs: prompting, retrieval, agents, evaluation. Fluent with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
TypeScript and React, Python, cloud infrastructure
Comfort owning features end to end. Regulated industry experience is good. Healthcare or life sciences data expertise is a bonus.
